Design Engineer / Draftsperson

Department : Engineering

We’re looking for a skilled Design Engineer / Draftsperson to join our Engineering team. In this role, you’ll review and analyze contract documents to create engineering drawings that support customer approval and manufacturing processes. This is a hands-on role requiring both technical knowledge and attention to detail.

What you’ll do :

• Review proposals, purchase orders, and specifications to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Prepare engineering drawings and Bills of Materials for manufacturing and customer approval.
• Perform calculations to determine equipment sizes, deflections, and drive information.
• Collaborate with the Engineering and Production teams to resolve technical questions and clarify requirements.
• Occasionally review drawings prepared by others or assist on special projects as needed.
