Diamond Rehab is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility Cypress Healthcare and Rehab in San Marcos Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive team-oriented environment focused on quality patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial and ongoing patient evaluations assessing physical emotional and cognitive abilities

Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the interdisciplinary team

Implement therapeutic interventions and adaptive techniques to improve daily living skills

Monitor document and evaluate patient progress adjusting treatment plans as needed

Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises adaptive equipment and strategies to promote independence

Collaborate with physicians nurses social workers and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care

Qualifications

Masters degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program

Successful completion of the NBCOT examination

Current or eligible for Louisiana state licensure as an Occupational Therapist

New graduates are welcome to apply (must graduate within six months of hire)
