You will develop and maintain quality requirements and standards in a lean manufacturing environment, assist in process certification as well as internal and external audits, and identify problems within the current manufacturing environment to improve quality standards.

• Develop and maintain quality requirements and standards in a lean manufacturing environment.
• Assist in process certification and conduct internal and external audits.
• Identify and solve problems within the current manufacturing environment.
• Enhance quality standards being met.

Work Environment

This position is in a mixed office and floor-based role, with approximately 60% of the time spent on the manufacturing floor. The facility is smaller and characterized by a clean work environment. Working in this role offers opportunities to make improvements where needed, along with training and development opportunities to establish additional standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00 / hr.
