As a CNA, your primary focus will be to provide nursing care to our residents. If you have a strong passion for helping others, take pride in what you do and are looking for a great company who shares your vision, then this is the ideal opportunity for you!

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide nursing care to our residents / patients in a home-like setting
• Interact with residents and families on a daily basis
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure that residents have an exceptional stay
• Handle advanced directives and end-of-life care
• Follow the Resident Care Standards and Practices
• Assist with meals, transfers using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / LICENSURE - CERTIFICATION

• Valid CNA license in MA
• Prior related experience preferred
• Proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
• Understands quality of care and life objectives
