Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or an MBA.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
  • Experience in change management and organizational development.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
