Job Description

As a Security Officer Access Control Patrol Full-Time in Charlotte, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence. You will be responsible for managing access points, assisting tenants and visitors, and responding to alarms or unusual activity. With a focus on exceptional customer service and communication, you will contribute to a welcoming and secure environment. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
