Job Summary : Electrician With Carpentry Skills
Reedy & Company Realtors, LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Electrician with Carpentry Skills to support our residential maintenance and renovation projects. This hands-on role includes diagnosing and repairing electrical issues, replacing components, and performing light carpentry and maintenance tasks. The right candidate will be safety-conscious, organized, and able to maintain a professional and positive demeanor while working in tenant-occupied properties or on vacant units.

Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of electrical work experience, with hands-on knowledge in residential settings.
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical systems using appropriate tools.

Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and lift heavy equipment as needed.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
