How you'll play :
We are seeking a Director of Merchandise Pricing & Analytics who will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies to optimize sales and profit goals. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team within a fast-moving environment. You will conduct market research using various industry tools, develop pricing models, monitor industry and categorical trends, and ensure that pricing strategies are aligned with brand and company financial strategies. An ideal candidate will be a collaborative and strategic leadership partner with strong analytical, problem-solving, consultative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to set strategic vision while also executing detailed analysis and testing protocols.

This position has an annual base salary range of $145,000 - $175,000. This listed base salary range is a good faith representation of the base salary range for this position. However, location, unique skills and / or exceptional experience may result in an offer outside of the stated range.
