Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently and professionally
Listen to customer inquiries to understand their needs and provide accurate information
Access and assist with cardholder accounts regarding payments and benefits
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch roles
Reliable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps upload / download)
Proficiency with computers and Windows applications
