Qualifications and Responsibilities :

• This role is ideal for someone with experience in employment law, specifically involving wage and hour disputes, discrimination cases, wrongful termination, and workplace harassment claims
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Draft and respond to written discovery in employment matters
• Propound discovery and track deadlines for employment cases
• Draft deposition notices and assist with calendaring
• Coordinate with clients to gather employment records and complete discovery responses
• File documents with state and federal courts (e-filing and in person)
• Assist attorneys with trial prep, including creating trial binders and organizing employment documentation
• Review personnel files, payroll records, and employment policies
• Prepare wage and hour calculations and damages analyses
• Prepare any necessary motion work

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
