The Associate Director (AD) for SKYRIZI Gastro Marketing is responsible for the creation, development, implementation, and strategic oversight for all Gastro Account Manager and Access Marketing, ensuring an exceptional customer experience across the continuum of care in Inflammatory Bowel Disease.

Utilizing account manager and customer insights, the AD will support material creation, training, and execution of gastro in-field teams. Additionally, the AD serves as the subject matter expert on customer needs and is a productive influence on behalf of the commercial team across the enterprise. The individual must be able to :

• Work in a team-based environment to lead the execution of strategies and implementation of tactics to grow the business, maximize brand sales, market share, and profitability.
• Internally foster positive working relationships with the Brand Marketing, account management teams, Market Access, Patient Services, Supply Chain, OEC, Legal, BTS, Sales Training, and other cross franchise marketing teams.
• Additionally, the AD must work with external partners including agencies, consultants and external experts to successfully drive the IBD business.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
