Grill Cook

We are searching for a dedicated and skilled Grill Cook to join the culinary team at our new lounge in the East Village. This is a unique opportunity to help establish a new kitchen and create a buzz in one of NYC's most vibrant neighborhoods.

The Role :

We are seeking an experienced Grill Cook to master our menu, focusing on high-quality execution of all grilled items. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of preparation, cooking, and presentation during service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately and efficiently prepare and cook all menu items on the grill and hot line.
• Manage a busy station during peak hours, ensuring all plates meet presentation and quality standards.
• Assist with daily mise en place and food prep as needed.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in the work area (DOH compliance).
• Work collaboratively with the entire kitchen and front-of-house team.
