A company is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Work From Home).
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Handle client follow-ups and support internal teams with communication and scheduling
Organize and update information through data entry and assist in preparing reports
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is acceptable
Experience in administrative support, scheduling, or calendar management
Ability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for collaboration
Basic knowledge of office tools, scheduling platforms, or CRMs is preferred
