A company is looking for a Paid Social Associate to manage and optimize Meta campaigns for client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities :
Translate business goals into strategic Meta media plans and manage audience frameworks, creative testing, and budgets
Build and launch end-to-end campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, ensuring proper configuration of lead generation tools
Monitor campaign performance, optimize bids and budgets, and create analytics reports to inform legal and intake teams
Required Qualifications :
2-3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager for performance and lead generation campaigns
Proven ability to launch campaigns from scratch, including Business Manager setup and event mapping
Data fluency with GA4 basics, UTM discipline, and proficiency in pivot tables and VLOOKUP / INDEX MATCH
Understanding of creative development that aligns with legal industry compliance
Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaign launches simultaneously
