Client Services Representative

Pride Health is hiring a Client Service Representative to support our client’s medical facility, which is based in Newtown Square, PA 19073

This is a Contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Title : Client Service Representative

Location : Newtown Square, PA 19073

Schedule : Monday- Friday 8 : 30 am - 5 pm (40hours / week)

Pay Range : $20.26 - $21.23 (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume

Responsibilities :

• Use proper telephone etiquette and available resources to handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Troubleshoot and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Complete and maintain accurate call documentation and records.
• Report laboratory results to clients and patients per established protocols.
• Resolve issues promptly and provide guidance on lab processes.
• Escalate concerns or deviations to the supervisor as needed.
• Perform additional duties as required to meet business and customer needs.
