SUMMARY : Coordinate activities of lower-level Maintenance Technicians including monitoring and motivation of work performance, coaching on troubleshooting techniques, identification of training opportunities, and assistance on implementation of individual training and development plans. Work with Maintenance Manager and Sr Maintenance Manager when higher levels of coaching and / or discipline are required. Perform maintenance technician duties including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production and facility equipment.

SHIFT : 2pm-11pm

EXPERIENCE :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in a fast paced environment
• Supervisory experience desired
• Experience with the maintenance of food processing equipment desired
• Experience with the enforcement of personal protective equipment requirements
• Experience with Lockout / Tag out procedures
• Project management experience helpful
• Basic / advanced electrical experience helpful
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong understanding of mechanical repairs, drives, motors, pneumatics and hydraulics
• Basic understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Ability to prioritize work orders
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Ability to multi-task
• Solid organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of ammonia refrigeration systems helpful
