About Siteline : Siteline is a Series A SaaS startup in the construction space. We are a remote-first team with 25 full-time employees and a small in-person office in San Francisco.

What problems are we solving? We are modernizing finance for construction to improve how payments are processed—an industry that employs many workers but often relies on outdated billing. We are growing quickly and creating a new market segment focused on construction payments.

Why are we building this? Our goal is to reduce friction in construction finance so contractors can focus on building, while we improve efficiency and outcomes for all stakeholders in the process.

The Role

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join at a pivotal moment. Siteline is not just another software company—we are helping trade contractors break free from outdated, manual systems. You’ll have the entire U.S. as your territory, direct access to marketing and product to influence growth, and you’ll work closely with the Head of Sales and the growing sales team. You should thrive on building, winning, and shaping a high-performing sales engine.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of closing experience as an AE in tech with a consistent track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience selling $30k+ ACV deals in a quick sales cycle (30-60 days) to mid-market companies
  • Experience selling to finance functions (CFOs, Controllers, AR Managers) and / or tech laggard industries (AEC, manufacturing, agriculture, real estate, healthcare, etc.)
  • Experience selling a product in an emerging market (competition is the status quo), creating urgency with companies still on manual systems
  • Bonus : Experience selling a product that integrates with ERPs
  • Ability to own the entire sales cycle from discovery to product demonstration and close
  • Proven success generating and closing outbound pipeline
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with cross-functional collaboration; provide examples of working with marketing and product teams to drive improvements
  • Willingness to travel 10% for on-site demos and trade shows
