Title : Recruiter Assistant
Location : Hartford, CT 06183
Duration : 3 months Contract
Pay rate : $ 25.00 / hr on W2
Schedule : Hours : 8 : 00 AM EST 4 : 30PM EST
3 days in the office (Wed Thurs Fri), 2 at home (Mon Tue)
Description :
- Schedules internal and external candidate interviews for recruiters.
- Manages calendars and availability of recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and their interview teams.
- Sends candidates the employment application, benefits brochures, parking / directions, and travel booking information (as appropriate).
- Makes online parking reservations for candidates.
- Handles reschedules and cancellations from recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and their interview teams.
- Schedules interviews debrief sessions for hiring managers and recruiters (as appropriate).
- Utilizes Talent Acquisition electronic scheduling tool and Outlook calendaring.
- Creates new hire orientation packets and assists in completing new hire paperwork (I-9 s and Principles of Employment) at each orientation.
- Front desk reception including receiving and directing candidates, employees, and venders into the Talent Acquisition department.
