What Youll Do :

• Draft, prepare, and file complaints, motions, judgments, and other pleadings.
• Review and redact sensitive information (NPPI).
• Keep case files and client / internal systems (ICE, Tempo, etc.) accurate and up to date.
• Track deadlines, schedule hearings / mediations, and monitor team workflows.
• Communicate confidently with clients, courts, Co-Counsel, and attorneys.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, standard operating procedures, client directives, and legal regulations.
• Support attorneys with administrative and litigation tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
