Fabrication Supervisor

If you have experience managing a staff of production workers in a manufacturing setting this role is for you. You will be supervising the weld / grind / paint operations on 2nd shift.

You will implement processes, train others, schedule employees and be responsible for the productivity of the group. Safety practices are also a part of the daily tasks.

Associates Degree and 4+ years supervisory experience is required.
