Policyholder Services Representative

A company is looking for a Policyholder Services Representative I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service in a phone support role

Empathetically assist policyholders and / or their representatives with individualized policy inquiries

Complete document processing and update customer information accurately

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School education / GED required with at least one year of customer service experience

Proficient computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office products

Insurance or medical background preferred

Understanding of medical terminology and health insurance is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
