Maintenance Supervisor

Summary : Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee robot lines, perform maintenance and PM work on automation equipment within a manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist the stores keeper in managing inventory for repairs, ensuring optimal spare parts levels.

Conduct annual performance reviews for the maintenance team.

Update the Training Flexibility Matrix and Job Descriptions regularly.

Aim to achieve a 95% rating in the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.

Maintain a clean and safe maintenance area, enforcing all work instructions.

Adhere to TS16949 standards for all procedures and documentation.

Facilitate initial inspections of new equipment.

Key Qualifications / Requirements :

Secondary School Diploma; 3-year Technologist diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Licensed Millwright or Electrician status is highly desirable.

At least 5 years of experience in Maintenance Repair roles within a similar manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coordinate activities and communicate effectively.

Proficiency in machine shop techniques is mandatory.

Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, including but not limited to injection molding, painting, robotics, assembly techniques, cooling / chilling systems, boilers, compressed air systems, security / fire protection systems, refrigeration / air handling systems, environmental control regulations and electrical control systems.

Work Schedule :

B-shift : 5 : 15 PM to 5 : 15 AM (Monday to Friday with some weekends as needed)

Pay Details : $90,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
