We are seeking a

• highly skilled Salesforce Developer
• with strong hands-on development expertise and
• a preferred of 1 year of experience working with Litify
• . The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, customization, and integration of Salesforce solutions tailored to complex enterprise and legal industry environments. This is a hands on leadership role that combines deep technical proficiency with effective stakeholder communication and team mentorship.

• Key Responsibilities

_1. __

• Technical Leadership & Architecture
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Architect secure and robust Salesforce solutions, including Litify-specific customizations.
• Translate key stakeholders’ needs into effective, workable, and robust solutions.
• Work with third-party developers to plan, project manage, design, and develop projects.
• Uphold best practices in coding, security, release management, and documentation.

• Salesforce Development & Integration
• Build and optimize Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages.
• Develop automation pipelines utilizing n8n and other API endpoints.
• Experience with integrations via REST / SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Promote test-driven development (TDD).

• Litify
• __Customizations __
• (LegalTech)
• Customize Litify workflows, layouts, dashboards, and process automations.
• Maintain alignment with legal industry standards in system architecture.
• Investigate and resolve issues within the Litify environment independently.

• Team Collaboration & Project Execution
• Be the team leader for a group of junior developers and SF admins.
• Help mentor the team and support their professional growth.
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to deliver successful releases.
• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Preferred 1 year of Litify platform experience.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, LWC.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and data architecture.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Salesforce Certifications : Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect (preferred).
• Litify Certification (strong plus).
• Legal industry or LegalTech experience highly desirable.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $140,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
