We continue to grow and address the needs of our community through quality and patient centered care.# Our Comprehensive Care Practice#is#seeking an experienced Medical Assistant#to perform duties within the scope of responsibility of a medical assistant with additional tasks related to patient flow in the office.
- Duties include, but are not limited to, escorting patient into the clinical area, taking vital signs and documenting them in the patient record;
- obtaining history of the current visit and documenting information in the patient#s record. REQUIREMENTS : # High school graduate or equivalent;
successful completion of a Medical Assistant training program; two years of general experience as a medical assistant in a patient care or clinic environment.
Registered / Certified Medical Assistant required within#six months of hire; bilingual in English / Spanish preferred.# This is#an outpatient practice providing treatment to individuals with substance use disorders.
