The Global Strategy, Operations & Performance (GSOP) team serves as a center of excellence within the Global Merchant and Network Services (GMNS) business unit, focusing on enterprise-level strategy, performance management, and operational delivery. We are a fast-moving, high-impact team tackling the company's most important priorities. The Risk & Remediation Program Management Office (PMO) is specifically focused on driving GMNS process excellence, Legal Entity Governance, First Line of Defense (1LOD) Compliance, Data Governance and managing large risk-related initiatives for GMNS.
The Manager, Go-to-Market & Change Enablement, will support a cohesive and coordinated change management approach across GMNS and will be responsible for driving clarity, consistency, and action in support of cross GMNS initiatives and enterprise-wide risk, compliance, and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will support the development and execution of high-impact communications strategies, drive stakeholder alignment across global functions, and ensure smooth and effective change adoption at scale.

Salary range : $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually bonus benefits
