Provider Onboarding Associate

A company is looking for a Provider Onboarding Associate to support new Registered Dietitians during their onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the point of contact for new providers, supporting them with tools and processes

Develop and enhance onboarding materials to facilitate quick learning of systems

Manage the onboarding inbox, addressing provider inquiries via various communication channels

Required Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in customer or internal support, sales, or implementation

Experience in fast-paced start-ups, particularly in healthcare operations or tech

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume customer funnel

Tech-savvy with experience using inbox management tools

Passionate about nutrition and wellness
