We are looking to add an experienced Financial Analyst to our Irving, TX team.

As the Financial Analyst, you will :

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform Biote's strategies and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, or similar platforms to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, operations, and marketing, to understand data needs and deliver insights aligned with Biote's goals.
• Apply statistical methods to evaluate program performance and uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to leadership and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
• Monitor data trends and emerging technologies in the healthcare industry to propose innovative solutions.
• Assist Finance and Sales Leadership with public filings and Board of Directors presentations.
