Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reroofing Estimator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating project specifications, measuring roofs, and providing accurate cost estimates for reroofing projects. The role involves collaboration with project managers and clients to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze project specifications and blueprints.
• Measure roof areas and assess the condition of existing roofs.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for reroofing projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify project requirements.
• Monitor and manage estimation timelines to ensure timely proposal submissions.
• Assist in preparing bid documentation and presentations for clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques.
• Conduct site visits to gather necessary data for accurate estimates.
