Job descriptionAssess and estimate large loss restoration projects Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project scope and requirements Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Previous experience in large loss fire and water loss estimation Knowledge of restoration industry practices and techniques Strong analytical and mathematical skills Ability to write estimates in Xactimate and Symbility Structural framing and rough trade knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g. IICRC certification) preferred
