About the Role :

As a Rebuild Estimator at Restoration 1 of Beaumont, you will play a crucial role in assessing damage and providing accurate estimates for restoration projects. Join our dedicated team to help homeowners restore their properties to their former glory while ensuring exceptional service and quality.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct thorough assessments of properties to determine the extent of damage.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for restoration and rebuilding projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure project feasibility.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain estimates and answer questions.
  • Utilize industry software to create and manage estimates and reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Assist in project planning and scheduling as needed.

    • Requirements :

  • Proven experience as an estimator in the restoration or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of restoration techniques and building codes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in restoration or construction preferred.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proven experience writing estimates in Xactimate and Symbility
  • Proven experience in TPA work
