Quality Inspector 3rd shift : Sunday- Thursday, 9pm-5am Pay : $ 18-$20 / hour Job Duties / Responsibilities :
- Dimensional and visual inspection of incoming components and materials
- First / last piece inspection of manufactured parts and assemblies
- In-process auditing of ongoing production
- Inspection of Secondary operations, and Final Inspection prior to shipment
- Perform basic pre-control charting when applicable
- Participate in the development and maintenance of the documented Quality System related to job function
- Participate in the development and improvement of the company’s documented Quality Management System
- Use of calipers, micrometers, functional gauging, cylindrical plug and ring gages, weight scales, and other basic inspection equipment
Experience / Knowledge / Skills :
- Good math and reading skills
- Computer literacy
- Good attendance and work habits
- Ability to work independently and make consistent decisions
- Willingness and ability to be trained in the job function and system requirements
