Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled CMM Operator / Quality Technician for our 3rd shift at our facility in Germantown, WI.
As a CMM Operator, you will be responsible for operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure the quality of our products meets our high standards.
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform inspection using CMM and hand inspection tools
- Assist in conducting incoming, in-process and final inspection.
- Document results on inspection reports
- Provides inspection support to machine operators.
- Prepare and manage product nonconformance processes.
- Communicate any quality issues to the appropriate personnel
Competencies :
- Ability to read and intepret mechanical blue prints and GDT
- Ability to operate a CMM (Coordinated Measuring Machine
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct quality inspections - record and analyze inspection results
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma
- Prior experience as a CMM Operator preferred

Schedule :
10 : 00PM to 7 : 00AM Sunday to Thursday
