Your Impact

You will lead and support the delivery of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) systems and infrastructure projects across single or multiple mine sitesensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives.

As Part Of Our Team You Will

Plan, execute, and deliver IT / OT projects aligned with operational and digital transformation goals.

Coordinate design and implementation activities across IT, operations, engineering, and external vendors.

Monitor project schedules, performance, risks, and costs, escalating issues as needed.

Manage project budgets, resources, and expenditures with strong financial discipline.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and documentation practices.

Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

Drive process improvements and contribute to standard methodologies within the IT / OT project management framework.

Maintain clear communication and strong relationships with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Prerequisites For Your Success In This Role

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum) preferred.

Minimum 10 years of project management experience in IT, OT, digital systems, or infrastructure environments.

Strong knowledge of digital infrastructure, industrial automation, and systems integration.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to adapt, solve problems, and apply sound judgment in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.

Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Your Work Environment

You will support IT and OT project delivery across mine operations, working closely with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, asset management, H&S, finance, and digital. This role requires coordination with external vendors, OEMs, engineering partners, and regulatory agencies. Travel to mine sites may be required depending on project needs.

The salary range offered for this role is USD 86,500 to USD 115,300. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and / or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate's salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.

This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance.
