Job descriptionSchedule project activities (date, time, sequence) for Nuclear or Engineering Projects. Perform schedule maintenance between Passport and Primavera tools. Assist project managers with developing detailed schedules for on-line, outage, and life-cycle projects, including Enterprise Risk. Resolve schedule conflicts and ensure adherence to timelines. Support the development of long-term project schedules. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear Engineering, or Technology) with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree with 10+ years of experience, or a High school diploma / GED with 12+ years of experience in nuclear power generation. Advanced knowledge of Primavera Scheduling and basic scheduling techniques. Primavera 106 Training Certification or 4+ years using Primavera. Experience with report development (Crystal Reports) and database analysis. PMP certification. Strong communication and leadership skills. SRO License or Certification. Advanced knowledge of outage work processes, Passport program, and Paragon risk management software. Ability to solve complex scheduling issues and work cross-functionally with teams.
Spencer Ogden is supporting one of our clients in their search for a scheduler for a nuclear plant in Washington. This role would start off as a 1-year W2 contract (likely to extend), and candidates must be able to be on-site 5 days a week.
Candidates can be either senior or staff level in years of experience. Pay bands for staff vs senior schedulers are :
Staff : 60-70 / hr
Senior : 71-79 / hr
