Roles and Responsibilities

Drive requirement gathering by working directly with the client, business, and IT teams to align technology with business strategy and goals.
Write user stories in Jira and document in Confluence.
Provide high quality value?adding solutions to customers using the Pega platform.
Support Development and Testing teams in resolving any queries related to requirements with deep functional and domain expertise.
Conduct solution demos and prepare effort estimates.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience working as a Pega Business Analyst on Pega development projects.

Good knowledge of Pega product features, frameworks, and functional design.

Excellent communication and client interfacing skills.

Excellent hand?on experience in requirement analysis for Agile development methodology.

Experience writing user stories in Jira and documenting in Confluence.
