Position Summary

Your primary responsibility is to assist our clients and other departments with questions, requests and issues pertaining to the G / L services.

You must be able to work as a team, under pressure and in a fastpaced environment, it is required to have good phone etiquette, complete assigned projects in a timely manner, have organizational skills, problem-solving skills, basic accounting knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor the daily workflow of the team.
  • Ensure that project deadlines are met.
  • Provide feedback to management about current workload.
  • Correspond with clients via email and phone in a timely manner.
  • Assist in maintenance of a client's GL file (, updates or missing GL accounts).
  • Assist in performing a final review of a client's GL setup.
  • Assist in taking notes during client phone calls.
  • Assist the team with payroll errors.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • years of customer support experience required.
  • Customer Support experience in HRIS systems, including payroll and time. & attendance is desired, but not required.
  • Strong customer-facing skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Prior experience handling US customers is desired, but not required.
  • Ability to work under pressure while resolving critical issues and communicating action plans to the customer as required.
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Excellent phone and people skills.
  • Ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Payroll experience
  • in the PEO Industry Optional
