Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures to treat cardiovascular conditions.
  • Interpret diagnostic tests such as echocardiograms, stress tests, and angiograms.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide pre- and post-procedure care to patients.
  • Use percutaneous surgical methods to guide medical instruments to the heart.
  • Treat myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease, valve disease, peripheral vascular disease, and carotid artery disease.

Requirements :

  • MD, Board Certification in Cardiology & Interventional Cardiology.
  • Medical license to practice in Illinois
  • 2 years post Fellowship experience.
  • STEMI & General on-call required.
