The Foreman works closely with the Project Management and Superintendent teams to turn a project’s scope into an effectively planned worksite.

The Foreman oversees labor planning and client satisfaction within the defined budgets and timeline for the project. This position involves both office time, site visits, and hands-on fieldwork to effectively enact a project.

This position will provide on-site supervision and training to the crew. A successful candidate is organized and able to coordinate materials and labor within the pre-defined limits of a project.

The Foreman is primarily responsible for overseeing safety and workmanship quality with a focus on team culture. They will communicate issues to the Superintendents as they arise.

Compensation : $28 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities :

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO

  • Reviewing new project files prior to work starting and reviewing project scope to ensure quality and address technician questions as needed.
  • Assisting and supervising the crew on the job site as required (e.g., whenever specialty skill, attention to detail, time constraints, or personnel mandate).
  • On-site training, job site safety, and quality management.
  • Coordinating delivery of specialty materials as directed and / or making material runs for the crew as needed.
  • Providing / ensuring daily updates and progress photos into the job file for the Project Manager.
  • Communicating issues that arise on a project to the Super, as well as providing recommendations for resolution.
  • Continuing to develop and manage crew culture and holding the crew to the company’s best practices and policies.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual Abilities a plus (Spanish)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably able to assist a Lead Specialist with an occasional on-call job when applicable.
  • Willing to commute to Tualatin, OR - Local applicants only.
