Job description

Hourly Pay Range :

$33.96 - $52.64 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights :

  • Position : Registered Nurse Medical Group
  • Location : Skokie Ambulatory Care Center
  • Full Time / Part Time : Full Time (40 hours per week)
  • Hours : 8 : 00AM-5 : 30PM Monday to Thursday, 7 : 00AM-3 : 30PM Friday
  • Required Travel : Will need to travel to Highland Park 1x per week

What you will do :

  • Utilize best practice, protocols and guidelines to triage and treat acute and chronic gynecologic issues.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient response to treatment and revise plan of care, as needed.
  • Provide patient education.
  • Perform pre and post op surgical calls.
  • Room patients and assist with office procedures, as needed.
  • Review medication refills and complete prior authorizations.
  • Work collaboratively through a multidisciplinary team approach.
  • Support the development and continuing competency of other staff.
  • Participate in the identification of clinical, operational, and safety related performance improvement opportunities.
  • Report to the Practice Manager or Clinical Supervisor.
  • 90% phone / Epic In-basket, 10% face to face patient care.

    • What you will need :

  • License : Successful completion of an Associate's degree, diploma, or BSN from an accredited school of nursing required, Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
  • Education : Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
  • Certification : BLS / CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
  • Experience : 2 years nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required
