Position Overview

We are looking for a People Insights Business Partner to join our People Insights & Solution Design team (PI&SD) to build and evolve a world-class People Insights function at Autodesk.

This is an important position within our People & Places (PPL) organization responsible to help drive our mission to empowering employees to achieve the new possible through actionable insights.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Autodesk's PI&SD team, the People Insights & Solution Design Business Partner's focus will be understanding the needs of our internal customers insights needs (People Business Partners, COEs such as total rewards, organizational effectiveness and talent acquisition) and business leaders, and marrying those to existing and new People Insights deliverables.

Furthermore, you will collaborate with PPL stakeholders to deliver experience design and a human-centered approach to help our PPL partners build a technology roadmap.

This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

Insights Partnership

Work with the PPL organization to understand and anticipate requirements and translate them into highly usable PI&SD deliverables

Provide change management and adoption leadership across PI&SD initiatives, with the aim to maximize the reach of People Insights deliverables

Help our stakeholders and users maximize the value they can get from People Insights products and programs

Applies knowledge in quantitative and qualitative analysis to surface clear and compelling narratives that inform the strategies of the team

Influences the development of actionable KPIs that drive business decisions and inform executive management and other key constituents

Work closely with the rest of the People Insights team (business intelligence, data science, employee listening, research, data engineering) to analyze requirements and convert these into building and implementing solutions

People Technology Roadmap

Provides thought leadership to convert inputs from stakeholder teams into creative, scalable HR technology solutions

Lead the evaluation and selection of new HR technology tools and vendors, ensuring that they meet the desired outcomes of employee experience

Utilize experience design principles and a human-centered approach to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous innovation within HR technology solutions

Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance the employee experience and drive business outcomes

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years experience in a related role involving leveraging people data to draw deep insights

Experience in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong consulting experience and background, including engaging directly with clients

Knowledge and experience in end-to-end project delivery and HR technology landscape

Exposure to data / data environments / databases / large data sets

You are comfortable with ambiguity. You can work in an iterative and incremental way, balancing different inputs and constantly making trade-offs

Preferred Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field

Experience in a people analytics environment or experience in the people / HR domain (HRBP, Compensation, Diversity & Belonging)

Understanding of the HR technology landscape
