We're seeking a team of motivated Independent Contractors to join our Road Sign Installation team!

Responsibilities :
- Follow designated installation routes and instructions to precisely place road signs on H-frames.
- Ensure all signs are level, securely fastened, and clearly visible to drivers and pedestrians.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Utilize a reliable personal vehicle to transport signs and equipment to designated installation sites.
- Communicate effectively with our team to report any issues encountered during installations.
Qualifications :
- Strong eye for detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Excellent physical stamina to lift and maneuver signs and equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable personal vehicle in good working condition.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation : $2 per sign installed
Independent Contractor Status :
This is an independent contractor position. You will be responsible for your own taxes and social security contributions.
Each franchised location is independently owned and operated and is solely and exclusively responsible for determining local hiring decisions, compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment.
