Overview and Duties : Leads senior-level information specialist functions with a focus on facilities and AV management. Key duties include :
- Creating / implementing organizational / administrative policies; evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements.
- Managing information / records; providing training / technical assistance to staff.
- Setting up / managing conference, training, and board rooms; troubleshooting AV issues (e.g., microphone / monitor connectivity, presentations / videos).
- Creating / editing AV content; physically handling files / boxes; supporting office / facilities / HR / security.
- Prioritizing tasks to support CLIENT events like reverse trade missions and workshops.
Qualifications :
At least 10 years of administrative management or relevant work experience.Proficient in IT programs / databases / computerized systems.Excellent written / verbal communication; commitment to quality customer service.Physical ability to move large files / boxes.On-site AV troubleshooting experience.Experience in information / records management, facilities, and other admin services.College degree required in business / information management or related certifications.Place of Performance : Arlington, VA 22209 (full-time on-site).
