SCOPE OF ROLE

Reporting to the Manager, Residential Services, the Counselor, Residential Services, is responsible for assessing the treatment needs of patients in residential SUD treatment, implementing an appropriate treatment plan, and evaluation of patient behavior and outcomes. This includes ongoing monitoring of both SUD and MH disorders, ensuring appropriate level / type of treatment services are provided at the residential facility. You will provide assessment services, individual, family and group counseling services, case management activities, discharge planning, and crisis intervention, while working in close collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.
