Executive Chef ALF Summary : An assisted living facility located in St Petersburg is actively seeking an experienced Culinary Manager to enhance the current programming and food services of the department.
Salary : 45,000 - 55,000 Annualy
Executive Chef ALF DUTIES :
- Leads the Dietary department in providing an elegant and superb dining experience for our residents
- Plans assign & inspect the work of Food Service Staff.
- Schedules and assigns staff prepares department payroll for data entry.
- Supervises the storage & care of food and supplies.
- Oversees the cleaning of the kitchen, storage, & dining areas, and equipment.
- Checks residents being served for consistency with the specified menu
- Charts dietetic progress for Residents at least quarterly to meet care plan goals, as required.
- Coordinates and plans food preparation activities for special events.
Executive Chef ALF REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience working in a healthcare cooking environment.
- Serve Safe certified.
- Strong knowledge of the practices utilized in large scale & therapeutic food prep.
- Solid leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work as a team member.
