Logistics Coordinator - Japanese Bilingual

International parts company is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator - Japanese Bilingual.

Manage and optimize the supply chain and delivery of good from overseas to our customers.

Manage inventory systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records.

Work with shipping carriers and freight forwarders to optimize transportation and delivery schedules.

Keep the team informed when lead times are not meeting requirements to avoid disruptions Set up and manage inventory shipments from the warehouse to the office.

Inventory optimization efforts aimed at improving inventory efficiencies Join conference calls when issues cannot be solved via email.

Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.

Support the supply chain team during personal shortages.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Temp to perm position.

Newly Grad is welcome.
