Sales Enablement Specialist
This position is responsible for providing the sales team with the learning materials, content, training material, and resources necessary to drive growth and success at Henry Schein One. Partnering with the sales, product, and marketing teams, the Sales Enablement Specialist will develop, execute, and manage impactful, data-driven solutions to transform and optimize the sales process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and their additive impact on revenue growth.
What You Will Do :
- Work with sales and marketing leaders to develop, execute, optimize, and assess the sales enablement program
- Determine sales enablement priorities with sales and marketing stakeholders
- Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships with sales managers and sales reps
- Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams
- Work with sales training and product education teams to provide effective onboarding, training, and mentoring programs for Henry Schein One sales reps
- Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
- Facilitate sales focused content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
- Gather and relay feedback to continuously improve the enablement strategy
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
- Manage and maintain sales enablement platform to ensure it is easily accessible and provides the capabilities sellers need
- Provide regular reports on key sales enablement analytics to sales and marketing leadership
Qualifications :
Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experienceTypically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related disciplineDemonstrated success in a sales enablement, marketing operations, business operations, or similar roleDemonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysisAbility to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environmentRecord of accomplishment in driving change and removing hurdles in fast growth organizations by working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teamsStrong understanding of industry practicesHigh proficiency with tools, systems, and proceduresGood planning / organizational skills and techniquesGood decision making, analysis, and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-taskStrong verbal and written communication skillsGood presentation and public speaking skillsGood interpersonal skillsGood conflict resolution skills and ability to deliver difficult messagesAbility to build partnerships at all levels within the company, begin to build partnerships externallyResolve complex issues in effective waysExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAgile, self-starter who can work independently and collaborativelyExperience managing sales enablement software (e.g. Showpad, HubSpot, Highspot)Experience with content management and learning management systemsStrong understanding of SalesforceAdvanced understanding of territory management including segmentation and modelingAbility to train sales team on use of sales enablement platformMaster's degree or global equivalent a plusMay hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance
