Description
You have what it takes : a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability.
In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and execute an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts. Deliver clinical brand specific presentations of products to physicians and other appropriate health care professionals.
The successful Sales Representative will :
- Achieve & / or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, & executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts with the goal of maximizing sales
- Develop & build professional relationships with key HCPs in assigned geography
- Drive appropriate utilization of product while working closely with other commercial associates to generate pull through within local payers & community HCPs
- Leverage insights & knowledge of therapeutic, market, & competitor information to effectively manage business & challenges

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $97,500. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions / bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
