Key Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries received via phone, email, chat, and text
Assess callers' needs and provide accurate information and referrals to community resources
Complete client intakes and maintain thorough documentation of all interactions
Required Qualifications
2+ years of call center experience
High-speed internet connection and a quiet remote work environment
Comfortable using technology and troubleshooting basic problems
Associate's degree or experience in a related field is helpful
Ability to work in a structured setting with punctuality and a positive attitude
