• Providing comprehensive primary care services to adult patients.
• Managing a diverse patient panel with a focus on preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute illnesses.
• Collaborating effectively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
• Building strong, trust-based relationships with patients and their families.
• Engaging in shared phone call duties to ensure continuous patient support.
• Utilizing strong patient and customer service skills to deliver an outstanding healthcare experience.
