Prospect and Build Pipeline
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospective leads
- Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective leads or clients
- Generate new leads through cold calls and emails
Qualify and Educate Prospects
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and identify how client's solutions can add value to their freight forwarding operationsQualify prospects based on their fit and readiness to integrate with client's platform, ensuring a strong sales pipelineCollaboration with Sales and Account Teams
Work closely with the sales and account management teams to set up meetings and product demos for qualified leadsProvide detailed insights and context on prospects to the sales team, ensuring seamless transitionsPersistent Follow-Up and Nurturing
Relentlessly follow up with leads, providing them with valuable information and resources to nurture their interestKeep in touch with qualified but undecided prospects, maintaining relationships until they are ready for a demo or next stepPipeline Tracking and CRM Management
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, notes, and progress in the CRM system, tracking lead status and engagementRegularly report on key metrics, including pipeline growth, number of qualified leads, and conversion ratesMeet and Exceed Targets
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, outreach, and qualified meetingsContinuously refine your outreach strategy to improve conversion rates and exceed goalsIndustry Knowledge & Experience :
Minimum of 2 years SDR or sales and marketing experience in Logistics industryExcellent communication skills (English both written and verbal)Can work independently and under pressureProblem-solving and negotiation skillsAbility to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both in speaking and writing (C1)Client management experience is a plusApplicants must be based in the Philippines, as this role is part of our regional team expansionRemote Work Technical Requirements
